When voting on videos, you are voting on whether or not the person is better than you at the performed talent. Is the person in the video a better singer than you? Vote accordingly!

While votes are similar to "likes/dislikes", they help establish rankings. The more people that say you are better than them at a given talent, the higher your ranking.
